Who we are

Creativehauz Systems ("we", "us") builds custom software for small businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect on this website and in the demo workspaces, how we use it, and how you can reach us with questions.

Information we collect

• Inquiry data: name, email, company, timeline, product interest, and message you submit through our forms.
• Attribution data: the page you came from (referrer), the button you clicked (CTA source), and any UTM parameters in the URL.
• Account data: if you sign in to a demo, your email and authentication identifiers from Supabase.
• Usage analytics: aggregated page views and events collected via Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics provider that does not use cookies or collect personal information.

How we use it

• Respond to inquiries and schedule calls.
• Route leads by product interest and follow up appropriately.
• Operate demo workspaces and provide access to the product.
• Understand which pages and CTAs perform, in aggregate.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

Where it's stored

Data is stored in Supabase (hosted on secure cloud infrastructure) with row-level security. Analytics events are stored by Plausible under their privacy-first policy.

Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve the relationship. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Email linda@creativehauz.space and we'll respond within a business week.
